Hello my name is Kentaro Ando and I’m a first year student at Ritsumeikan University and I’m majoring in international business administration.
I’ve lived in the United States for couple of years, but I didn’t know about your store. So, I watched a video about your store’s marketing strategy. There were a couple of things that interested me. I think your store looks so fun to work at. For example by having store theme nights, not only customers but also the employees can have fun. Also charitable events can motivate the employees to contribute to the society and sell more ice cream. I believe I’m a hard-working, communicative and energetic person, so if you hire me, I will do my best for the store, always work hard, and I will communicate with the consumers as much as I can so that they would want to come to the store again.
I would like to suggest a business idea to you. That is, I think the store should collaborate with oreo and sell a product with ice cream between oreo cookies. I think people in Texas seems to like both cookies and ice cream, so if you sell it in a supermarket, they can grab one when they go out to buy groceries.
